TEXAS LTC RANGE QUALIFIER APPLICATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION.
This Agreement governs your use of the LiberApps Firearms Training Application (“Application”) provided by LiberApps Inc. (“LiberApps”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, accessing or using this Application, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Application.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will LiberApps be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including any damages for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss of data, arising from or relating to your use of the Application or any interactions facilitated by the Application, even if LiberApps has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You understand and agree that the use of a firearm can lead to property damage and serious bodily injury. You assume all risks related to your use of firearms and are solely responsible for all actions taken with your firearm.
3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of this Agreement will be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Texas for any legal action, suit or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You represent, warrant, and agree that you will adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Application and use of firearms.
You are solely responsible for knowing and understanding the laws and regulations related to firearm use in your jurisdiction and at your local shooting range. This includes, but is not limited to, laws regarding firearm safety, carrying and transport, and regulations pertaining to the shooting range such as rules on the types of firearms and ammunition that can be used and safety rules.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights in and to the Application, including, but not limited to, logos, trademarks, graphics, design, algorithms, software code, and the like (“Intellectual Property”) are owned by LiberApps Inc. or its licensors.
By using the Application, you do not acquire any rights to the Intellectual Property.
You agree not to copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the Application, or to create any derivative works or services based on the Application. You also agree not to use the Application in any manner to compete with LiberApps Inc., directly or indirectly.
Any unauthorized use of the Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited and may lead to the termination of your access to the Application and may result in legal action for infringement of intellectual property rights.
6. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
LiberApps reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes.

By using the Application, you agree to abide by and uphold this Agreement. Failure to comply with this Agreement may, at our sole discretion, result in termination of your access to the Application.
